We categorize office visits by complexity, ranging from Level 1 to Level 5. The specific level applicable to your visit will be determined during your examination, as it directly reflects the comprehensive nature of the care required for your unique health situation.
A Level 1 visit addresses minor concerns and may not always involve direct physician interaction.
A Level 5 visit entails an extensive evaluation of significant or deteriorating issues, demanding complex medical assessment and planning.
This system ensures you're billed fairly for the exact care provided. To streamline your check-in process, please be prepared to pay your copay and deductible before each visit.
All Medicaid/HMO patients must have an active referral from pediatrician to be seen for consultation or procedures. You must inform us ahead of time regarding any change in your insurance or pediatrician.
